Pakhi Hegde (born on 7th June, 1985 at Vasai, near Mumbai suburb Borivali) is an Indian television and film actress, who predominantly works in Bhojpuri cinema. She has received several accolades, including Bhojpuri Cinema Award and Bhojpuri City Award. She also worked in Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi and English movies. She worked with Sachin Khedekar, Mahesh Manjrekar and Saysji Shindein in critically acclaimed Marathi films “Sat Na Gat” and “Gulabi”. She also worked with Big B, Jaya Bachchan and Gulshan Grover in Hindi social drama “Ganga Devi” (which released in English with title “The Great Leader” and Gujrati dubbed version titled as “Naam Che Maru Ganga”) and “Woman From The East,” which garnered her special jury award. NCLAT junks Aruna Oswal’s Appeal; Directs to follow NCLT order and submit written response to Pankaj Oswal’s Petition
National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, Delhi has upheld the order passed by NCLT-Chandigarh there by directing the parties including Mrs. Aruna Oswal, Chairperson, OAML to submit written response to a petition filed by Mr. Pankaj Oswal on the mismanagement happening with in the companies.
The NCLT – Chandigarh on last hearing on 21st May 2018, passed an order asking the all the respondentsMrs. Aruna Oswal, Chairperson, OAML, Mr. Anil Bhalla, MD OAML, other directors, Mr. Naveen Jindal, OAML’s Company Secretary and Auditors M/s T.R. Chadha & Co LLP to file their written responses to our petition. On 29th May, 2018, an appeal on behalf of Ms. Aruna Oswal was listed before the Appellate Tribunal at Delhi challenging this order of Chandigarh NCLT. However, This Appeal of Mrs. Aruna Oswal was out-rightly dismissed by the Appellate Tribunal, ordering the parties to comply with NCLT Chandigarh’s order. Therefore, now all the parties are bound to comply with NCLAT’s order of Appellate Tribunal and ought to file their written responses on next hearing at Chandigarh.

Padmshree Mukund eminent Folk artist along with actor cum director Isteyak Khan and Producer Vikas Vasitha opened the Muhurat Shot of Bollywood upcoming movie “Othello of MccLuskie Ganj” in Jharkhand Ranchi.Ishtiyak has bagged a role in Har Shaakh Pe Ullu Baithaa Hai in the new Star Plus show and Shared screen Space with Bollywood Megastar Amitabh Bachchan in ad film. Host of the evening was Rishi Prakash Mishra who introduced the main cast and crew of the film that features Bollywood actor Sanjay Mishra, Ipsita Chakraborty, Tina Bhatia, Vishwanath Chatterjee, Ashish Shukla, Vikram Kochhar, Monica Mundu, Shukumar Mukherjee, Lamp lohar and Monita Sharma Sinha. The film shooting has started in a Small village of Jharkhand MaccLuskie Ganj. The film produced by under the banner of V Square Films.
The film is based in “Mccluskiegunj” where Bhola and the villagers are living happily and with unity. Bhola has returned from delhi where he had gone to work in drama but failed so he plans and convinces everyone to create a drama inspired from “Othello” in Mccluskiegunj. He decides to call Guruji who is award winning director from Delhi to help them and direct the drama. Bhola invites all kind of people from village for casting like “Bhaiyaa ji” who is dabang , “Suleman” who wants village to develop, “Tarzan” who is rich and even Chaiwala “Chandan” to play characters. As the rehearsals begin it gets negative and corrupted cause of some reasons and while playing the drama how inner conflicts and their own emotions comes out which leads film to interesting and thoughtful end.

डिजिटल क्रांति के इस दौर में आजकल लोग कही बैठकर कभी भी कोई भी फ़िल्म अपने मोबाइल पर आसानी से देख लेते है , ऐसे में सबसे बड़ा खामियाजा फ़िल्म निर्माताओं को उठाना पड़ता है क्योंकि दर्शक सिनेमा घर की ओर रुख ना करके फ़िल्म के यू ट्यूब पर रिलीज होने का इंतजार करते हैं । भोजपुरी फ़िल्म जगत को इससे इन दिनों काफी नुकसान हुआ है । दर्शको का एक बड़ा वर्ग यू ट्यूब पर फ़िल्म रिलीज होते ही उसे हाथों हाथ उठा लेता है और हर फिल्म यू ट्यूब पर ट्रेंडिंग में आ जाती है । सिनेमा घरों से दर्शको की इसी बेरुखी को ध्यान में रखते हुए और उन्हें फिर से सिनेमा घरों की ओर जाने के लिए प्रेरित करने के लिए निर्माता अनंजय रघुराज और चर्चित म्यूजिक कंपनी एंटर 10 ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है । पटना से पाकिस्तान , मेहन्दी लगा के रखना , मैं सेहरा बांध के आऊंगा जैसी साफ सुथरी और सुपर हिट फिल्म का निर्माण कर चुके अनंजय की मेहंदी लगा के रखना 2 इसी शुक्रवार रिलीज हुई है । मंजुल ठाकुर निर्देशित इस फ़िल्म को दर्शको का भरपुर प्यार मिल रहा है । फ़िल्म के गीत संगीत की भी काफी तारीफ हो रही है । इस फ़िल्म का डिजिटल राइट एंटर 10 म्यूजिक ने खरीदा है । एंटर 10 म्यूजिक के मनीष सिंहल ने बताया कि ट्रेलर और गाने को डिजिटल प्लेटफार्म पर काफी अच्छा प्रतिसाद मिला है ऐसे में दर्शको को चाहिए कि वे बड़े पर्दे पर ही फ़िल्म का लुत्फ उठाये । उन्होंने कहा कि इसिलिये उन्होंने फैसला किया है कि फ़िल्म को यू ट्यूब पर फिलहाल रिलीज नही किया जाएगा । छह महीने बाद इसे रिलीज भी किया जाएगा तो पे एंड वॉच श्रेणी में रखा जाएगा । उन्होंने कहा कि भोजपुरी की हर फिल्मे अगर इसी तरह रिलीज हो तो एक बार फिर से सिनेमा घर दर्शको से खचाखच भरे मिलेंगे ।

निर्देशक कोरियोग्राफर पप्पू खन्ना का नया हिंदी एलबम आये हैं दूल्हा दुल्हन ले जाएगा की भव्य लॉंचिंग मुम्बई में हुई । निर्माता अमित अग्रवाल के इस एल्बम में खुद अमित दो चर्चित अदाकारा निधि झा और ऋचा गुजराती के साथ नजर आ रहे हैं । लॉंचिंग के मौके पर एलबम के सेड सॉन्ग को दिखाया गया जिसकी सभी ने तारीफ की । इस मौके पर पत्रकारो से बातचीत करते हुए अमित अग्रवाल ने बताया कि वे बेहतरीन गानो की एक श्रृंखला तैयार कर रहे हैं और हर गाने में फ़िल्म जगत के चर्चित अदाकारा होंगे । निर्देशक पप्पू खन्ना ने बताया कि गाने की गुणवत्ता को ध्यान में रखते हुए उसकी शूटिंग खूबसूरत लोकेशन पर भव्य तरीके से किया गया है ।

भोजपुरी की बहुचर्चित फ़िल्म काशी अमरनाथ दीपावली के अवसर पर आज से बॉक्स ऑफिस पर दस्तक दे रही है । पर्पल पेबल पिक्चर्स व रोज क्वार्ट्ज़ एंटरटेनमेंट के बैनर तले बनी इस फ़िल्म के निर्माता हैं प्रियंका चोपड़ा , सिद्दार्थ चोपड़ा व डॉ नेहा शांडिल्य जबकि लेखक निर्देशक हैं संतोष मिश्रा । प्रियंका चोपड़ा की यह दूसरी भोजपुरी फ़िल्म है । पहली फ़िल्म बम बम बोल रहा है काशी ने पिछले साल बॉक्स ऑफिस पर धूम मचा दी थी । काशी अमरनाथ के बारे में निर्देशक संतोष मिश्रा ने बताया कि काशी अमरनाथ नशाखोरी के खिलाफ एक जंग है जो भारत सरकार के स्वच्छ भारत अभियान के इर्द गिर्द घूमती है ।

★ मूल रूप में यह कहानी एक भू खंड को लेकर ही शुरू होती है। काशी ( दिनेश लाल) उस पर अस्पताल बनाना चाहता है। लेकिन, उसी ज़मीन पर आम्रपाली दुबे की नजर है । आम्रपाली से उनके भाई अमरनाथ (रवि किशन) बहुत प्यार करते हैं । अब बात भूमि के सही गलत इस्तेमाल पर आकर टिक जाती है।
◆ और ये स्वच्छता अभियान ?
★ ये सरकारी अभियान नहीं है। इसमें हमने बताया है कि गुटखा खाकर लोग अपना जीवन तो संकट में डालते ही हैं, जहां होते हैं, वहां का वातावरण दूषित कर देते हैं।
◆ दोनों सितारों के साथ काम करने का अनुभव कैसा रहा ?
★ दोनों के लिए मैं घरेलू हूँँ। रविजी ने मुझे जबरदस्ती डायरेक्टर बनाया। ” कईसन पियवा के चरित्तर बा ” में उनके कहने पर ही मैंने निर्देशन की कमान संभाली। और दिनेशजी का तो पसंदीदा लेेेखक मैं ही था। मेरी दोनों सुुुपर हिट फिल्मों ( पटना से पाकिस्तान और बम बम बोल रहा है काशी) के हीरो वही तो थे।
◆ दिनेशलाल के साथ आम्रपाली तो रवि किशन के संग एक नयी लड़की क्यों ?
★ ये इस कंपनी की पॉलिसी है कि हर फिल्म से कोई ना कोई लांच हो । चाहे वो एक्ट्रेस या एक्टर । ‘बम बम….’ में भी एक नई लड़की अंतरा बनर्जी को अवसर दिया गया था।
◆ और कुछ अच्छी बातें जो इस फिल्म में है ?

पटना,15 अक्टूबर 2017: देसी गर्ल प्रियंका चोपड़ा के बैनर की दूसरी भोजपुरी फ़िल्म ‘काशी अमरनाथ’ दीपों के पर्व दीवाली के अवसर पर18 अक्टूबर को सम्पूर्ण भारत में एक साथ रिलीज हो रही है। इसकी जानकारी आज पटना के होटल मौर्या में आयोजित एक संवाददाता सम्मेलन में प्रियंका चोपड़ा की मां डॉ मधु चोपड़ा, निर्माता सिद्दार्थ चोपड़ा, डॉ नेहा शांडिल्य और लेखक निर्देशक संतोष मिश्रा ने दी। उन्होंने बताया कि ‘काशी अमरनाथ’ में एंटरटेनमेंट के साथ – साथ स्वच्छ भारत अभियान का संदेश भी होगा।
‘काशी अमरनाथ’ का निर्माण प्रियंका चोपड़ा की फ़िल्म निर्माण कंपनी पर्पल पेबल पिक्चर्स व रोज क्वार्ट्ज़ एंटरटेनमेंट के बैनर तले किया गया है। इस फिल्म में मेगा स्टार रवि किशन, जुबली स्टार दिनेश लाल यादव निरहुआ, अभिनेत्री आम्रपाली दुबे और सपना गिल मुख्य भूमिका में हैं। सपना गिल ‘काशी अमरनाथ’ के जरिए भोजपुरिया पर्दे पर कदम रख रही हैं। संवाददाता सम्मेलन में प्रियंका चोपड़ा की मां मधु चोपड़ा ने बताया कि पर्पल पेबल पिक्चर्स लगातार भोजपुरी फिल्मों के साथ साथ अन्य क्षेत्रीय फिल्मों का निर्माण करती रहेंगी।
वहीं, पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए मेगा स्टार रवि किशन ने अपनी भूमिका के बारे में बताया कि ‘काशी अमरनाथ’ में वे एक उद्द्योगपति की भूमिका में हैं, जो अपनी बहन आम्रपाली दुबे से बहुत प्यार करता है। उन्होंने प्रियंका चोपड़ा और डॉ मधु चोपड़ा की तारीफ करते हुए कहा कि भोजपुरी फिल्मों का नाम आते ही लोगो की प्रतिक्रिया कुछ अच्छी नहीं रहती, लेकिन प्रियंका चोपड़ा ने जब फ़िल्म निर्माण कंपनी की शुरुआत की तो उन्होंने अपनी पहली फ़िल्म भोजपुरी ही बनाई। इसके लिए वे बधाई के पात्र हैं। साथ ही यह भोजपुरी फिल्म इंडस्ट्री के लिए भी खास बात है।
जुबली स्टार दिनेशलाल यादव निरहुआ ने बताया कि ‘बम बम बोल रहा है काशी’ के बाद पर्पल पेबल पिक्चर्स के साथ यह उनकी दूसरी फिल्म है और दोनों में उनके किरदार का नाम काशी है। उन्होंने बताया कि फ़िल्म में अपने दोस्त की मौत गुटखा खाने से होने के बाद वे कैंसर हॉस्पिटल के निर्माण का संकल्प और गुटखे के खिलाफ जंग छेड़ देते हैं। निर्माता सिद्धार्थ चोपड़ा व डॉक्टर नेहा शांडिल्य ने भी फिल्म की तारीफ की और बताया कि काशी अमरनाथ सामाजिक सरोकार ,नशाबंदी और स्वच्छय भारत अभियान के इर्द गिर्द घूमती है ।

◆ ऐसा क्या है इस फिल्म में ?
★ कमाल की फिल्म है “काशी अमरनाथ”। इसमें क्या नहीं है… एक्शन भरपूर, रोमांच और रोमांस दोनों ही नये अंंदाज में। लेकिन, इस फिल्म की सबसे बड़ी खूबी इसका कथानक है, जो मनोरंजन के साथ संदेश भी देता है। दर्शकों को जागरूक करता है।
◆ कैसे जागरूकता फैलाती है ये फिल्म ?
★ काशी के रूप में दिनेश एक भूखंड पर अस्पताल बनाने की कोशिश में लगे रहते हैं। इधर मैं अमरनाथ, उसी ज़मीन पर गुटखा की फैक्टरी लगाने के जुगाड़ मेें लग जाता हूँ।
आगे इसमें गुटखा के सेवन से होनेवाले नुकसान को बड़ी
सहजता से दिखाया गया है, जन जागृति जगाने की कोशिश की गई है और बड़े प्रभावी ढंंग से की गई है ।
◆ इसके लिए किसे धन्यवाद देंगे ?
★ सबसे पहले तो मधु (चोपड़ा) मैडम को, जिन्होंने इस तरह की फिल्म बनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। संंतोष तो धन्यवाद के पात्र हैं ही। इस बंदे की योग्यता को पहले मैंने ही परखा और “कईसन पियवा के चरित्तर बा” में लेखक के साथ साथ जबरदस्ती निर्देशक बनाया ।
◆ और कोई नई बात ?
★ यही कि मधु चोपड़ा और प्रियंका चोपड़ा (मां बेटी) जैसी शख्सियत अगर हमारे साथ हैं, उनका सहयोग, मार्गदर्शन है फिर तो भोजपुरी सिनेमा को एक नई ऊंचाई तक ले जाने से कोई नहीं रोक पायेगा।
◆ और दूसरी गतिविधियां ?
★ उत्तर प्रदेश और झारखंड के फिल्म बोर्ड से जुड़ा हूँ। उसके लिए भी भागना पड़ता है।

Robby Wells, the U.S. Democratic Party’s Presidential candidate for the 2020 elections made an impromptu visit to the hip and happening night club in Lokhandwala recently at Off the Grid Lounge.

Popular actor Arbaaz Khan launched the music of Parth Films International’s maiden venture “KRINA” on 4th October 2017 at Hotel Novatel, Juhu, Mumbai. Thereafter actress Zarine Khan did the same. 3rd October 2017, Ranchi: With the release of the upcoming film Ranchi Diaries drawing close, the promotions for the film are in full swing. Today, Anupam Kher along with actors Himansh Kohli and Soundarya Sharma and debutante writer-director Sattwik Mohanty of Ranchi Diaries visited Ranchi to promote their film. The team met the Chief Minister of Jharkhand Mr. Raghubar Das to thank him for the immense support the government has extended to the film.
True to its name, the film which has been shot in Ranchi holds a special place in the hearts of the entire cast and crew.
