Satellite pictures Pvt ltd & Remolo Entertainment had a grand music launch of their film ‘LOVE TRAINING ‘, where lots of media person, along with Roaleey Ryan, Shireen Mirza, Anuja Kashyap and Nidhi were present, music was appreciated by every one.

Film stars Nishant Malkani, Sakshi Gulati, Shakti Kapoor, Rajpal Yadav, Akhilendra Mishra, Raj zutshi, Nidhi, Shirin Mirza.

Film is produced by Subhash Choudhary & Shaila, Directed by Hemant Kumar, Co-producer is Mohan Sachdev. Event happened at ‘The View’,1st floor, Sharyans Audeu, Fun cinemas lane, above Hard Rock Cafe, Andheri West Mumbai, on 5th September 2018.

After the trailer launch, the melodious songs of the film were played. Everyone loved it  and the starcast Shirin  Mirza, Muski, Nidhi, Akhilendra Mirza showed their moves on one of the song.

फ़िल्म के कलाकार निशांत मलकानी, साक्षी गुलाटी, शक्ति कपूर, राजपाल यादव, अखिलेन्द्र मिश्रा, राज जुत्शी, निधी एवं शिरीन मिर्ज़ा हैं।

फ़िल्म के निर्माता सुभाष चौधरी और शैला है, निर्देशक हेमन्त कुमार, सह-निर्माता मोहन सचदेव हैं।

ट्रेलर लॉन्च के पश्चात, फ़िल्म के कलाकार इसके मधुर संगीत पर थिरक कर मेहमानों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर दिया।

अब बिजनेसमैन बनकर आ रहे हैं यश कुमार

अभिनेता यश कुमार अब बिजनेसमैन की भूमिका में नजर आएंगे । हाल ही में लखनऊ में उनकी फिल्म बिजनेसमैन का मुहूर्त हुआ । फ़िल्म का निर्माण गुनगुन फिल्म्स के बैनर तले किया जा रहा है । मुहूर्त के अवसर पर  फिल्म के प्रोड्यूसर चंदन सैनी, फिल्म के डायरेक्टर रंजीत पटेल , अभिनेता यश कुमार और अभिनेत्री चांदनी सिंह भी मौजूद थे ।

फिल्‍म के बारे में बताते हुए अभिनेता यश कुमार ने कहा कि बिजनेसमैन हिंदी से रिलेटेड और मोटिवेशनल फिल्‍म है। इस फिल्‍म को देखने वालों को हौसला मिलेगा कि वह जो भी चाहें कर सकते हैं। बता दें कि इस भोजपुरी फ़िल्म की शूटिंग यूपी में 15 सितम्बर से शुरू हो रहा है और यह फिल्‍म फरवरी 2019 में सिनेमाघरों में आएगी।

हरिप्रिया श्री प्रोडक्शन बैनर तले बनी कंट्रोवर्सी क्‍वीन गार्गी पंडित की फिल्‍म ‘हम बदला लेंगे’ की शूटिंग मुंबई में पूरी हो चुकी है। यह फिल्‍म महान आस्‍था का पर्व छठ के अवसर पर रिलीज होगी। फिलहाल फिल्‍म के पोस्‍ट प्रोडक्‍शन का काम जोर – शोर से मुंबई में चल रहा है। रिवेंज बेस्‍ड एक्‍शन थ्रिलर फिल्‍म ‘हम बदला लेंगे’ में गार्गी पंडित के अपोजिट भोजपुरी स्‍क्रीन पर अभिनेता प्रिंस अग्रवाल अपनी पारी की शुरूआत कर रहे हैं। मालूम हो कि ‘हम बदला लेंगे’ फिल्‍म को निर्देशक मोहम्मद हबीब ने डायरेक्‍ट किया है।

मोहम्‍मद हबीब की मानें तो यह एक ऐसे रिवेंज की कहानी है, जो आज त‍क भोजपुरी पर्दे पर कभी नहीं दिखी है। हमने इस फिल्‍म को सफलतापूर्वक शूट कर लिया है और अब हम इसके पोस्‍ट प्रोडक्‍शन फेज में हैं। अभी हाल ही में हमने फिल्‍म के एक बेहद खूबसूरत और आकर्षक आईटम नंबर शूट किया है, जिसके बोल हैं ‘देख कर गोरा गाल सब माल माल चिल्लाएं’। इस आईटम सौंग में आइटम गर्ल ग्लोरी मोहन्ता का ठुमके भोजपुरिया दर्शकों को मदहोश करने वाले हैं। इस गाने को आवाज दी है इंदु सोनाली ने और कोरियोग्राफ प्रसून यादव ने किया है। फिल्‍म में कुल 11 गाने हैं, जिसे दामोदर राव ने अपने संगीत से सजाया है। फिल्‍म लोक आस्‍था के पर्व छठ पर बिहार में रिलीज होगी, ऐसा हमने तय किया है।

भोजपुरी सुपर स्टार पवन सिंह और संभावना साथ एक बार फिर से बॉक्स ऑफिस पर जल्द ही जोरदार धमाका करते नज़र आएंगे, जिसकी एक झलक उनकी अपकमिंग फिल्म ‘शेर सिंह’ के सेट पर देखने को मिली है। फ़िल्म में पवन के अपोजिट संभावना साथ मुंबई के चांदिवली स्टूडियो में एक गाने की शूटिंग करते नजर आये । फिल्म ‘शेर सिंह’ का फर्स्ट लुक तो आप लोग देख ही चुके है ,जिस का पोस्टर सोशल मीडिया में आग की तरह वायरल हो गया। इसमें पवन सिंह काफी अलग लग रहे हैं। पोस्टर को अशोक स्तंभ के शेर की तरह बनाया गया, जिसकी भव्यता लोगों को आकर्षित करने वाली है। फिल्म के निर्माता – शशांक राय,गायत्री केसरवानी है ,निर्देशक शशांक राय का मानना है कि फिल्म ‘शेर सिंह’ में पवन सिंह और संभावना सेठ के गाने को दर्शक बहुत पसंद करनेवाले है। फिल्‍म इस दशहरे में सिनेमाघरों में होगी।

Foundation for Bollywood Dance in New Jersey by Varsha Naik

Varsha Naik’s Dance school- “Navrang Dance Academy” has been contributing to Bollywood Fundamental Dance choreography successfully for over 5 plus years now. Varsha Naik started her dance choreography and training Journey in 2013 and now she has established a strong foundation for Bollywood dance form in New Jersey, USA.

Organizing exclusive Dance workshop began in April – 2016 when Master Saroj Khan – Famous Bollywood Film Choreographer  and dance director , conducted a workshop with Varsha Naik of Navrang Dance Academy. This 3-day workshop was organized by “Navrang Dance Academy” in order to give the American Indians here in New Jersey and New York an opportunity to learn from the best in the Industry.

 

The workshop gained momentum and participants were overwhelming in number. The program had more than 100 participants, in 6 different batches as per age group right from a 6-year-old to 50 years old. It was the first time in New Jersey where participants were experiencing not just the dance but also the process of movie making and learning all that happens behind the scenes. Saroj ji being an amazing teacher that she is, she not only taught dance but gave a complete experience of understanding the meaning of dance and expressions. Of course, her lovely stories added value to the programs.

TV Asia hosted a Program – Meet & Greet which was an interactive talk show. Padamshree H.R. Shah honored Legendary Choreographer Saroj Khan for her contributions towards training and inspiring the young talented dancers.

This Successful program lead to another one soon enough in June 2016. For Navrang dance, this program not only built a foundation for more Bollywood dancing with the stars but also learning from them. Navrang then did programs and workshop  with well-known Choreographer Dr. Sandip Soparkar, Master Sathya (Tollywood), Nishi Singh (Kathak), Dharmesh Yalande and more.

Mrs Varsha Naik now has a close professional partnership with Choreographer Sandip Soparrkar and they organize USA Dance Day-Dance for a social cause every year in New Jersey. They conduct numerous dance training session on international dance forms and also give young dancers a platform to perform on stage. Navrang Dance Academy is actively involved in community service and brings awareness on various topics whether social or cultural through the medium of dance and music

‘सनकी दरोगा’ को प्रमोट करने आये अभिनेता पप्‍पू यादव को गया बिहार के लोगों से प्‍यार

भोजपुरी के सुपर स्‍टार रवि किशन और अंजना सिंह स्‍टारर फिल्‍म ‘सनकी दरोगा’ 7 सितंबर से बिहार में रिलीज होने वाली है। लेकिन इससे पहले फिल्‍म की कास्‍ट प्रमोशन के लिए बिहार में है। इस प्रमोशन में फिल्‍म में अभिनेता पप्‍पू यादव भी शामिल हैं, जिन्‍होंने फिल्‍म में क्रूर राठी का किरदार निभाया है। पप्‍पू यादव फिल्‍म को लेकर जितने आशान्वित हैं, उतना ही मजा उन्‍हें फिल्‍म के प्रमोशन के दौरान बिहार में आ रहा है। तभी तो पप्‍पू यादव ने फिल्‍म के एक प्रमोशनल इवेंट में कहा कि उन्‍हें बिहार और यहां के लोगों से प्‍यार हो गया है। बिहारी सबों को अपने दिल में बसा लेते हैं।

 

फिल्‍म को लेकर पप्‍पू यादव ने कहा कि यह फिल्‍म बलात्‍कार के खिलाफ एक अभियान है, जिसे रवि किशन ने खुद अपने बैनर तले बनाया और इसकी कहानी भी लिखी है। इस फिल्‍म का ग्राउंड इतना मजबूत है कि फिल्‍म के सभी कलाकार इससे जुड़ाव महसूस करते हैं। इसके अलावा जिन लोगों ने फिल्‍म का ट्रेलर देखा है, वे इस फिल्‍म का बेसब्री से इंतजार कर रहे हैं। ये बात हमें प्रमोशन के दौरान कई जगहों पर देखने को मिल रही है। सुधी दर्शक ट्रेलर देखकर ही मेरे किरदार को पसंद कर रहे हैं। अभी हम फिल्‍म के रिलीज तक बिहार में ही रहेंगे और लोगों के बीच जाकर न सिर्फ अपनी फिल्‍म ‘सनकी दरोगा’ को प्रमोट करेंगे, बल्कि रवि किशन के बलात्‍कार मुक्‍त भारत अभियान से लोगों को जागरूक करवायेंगे।

In an unprecedented moment the existent residents and the developers jointly coined and committed to the term – “Together we can… And we will provide a decent lifestyle for our next generation.”

Attended by over 1000 residents of Jivan Jyot Nagar attended the AGM was held yesterday in Worli, Mumbai by Fairmont Infrastructure LLP amidst the auspicious presence of MLA Shri Sunil Shinde. This follows the recently held AGMs with residents of Veer Jijamata Nagar and Ramabai Nagar which received positive response from them.

 

Fairmont Infrastructure LLP has undertaken the task of redevelopment of almost 4,200 tenements of Veer Jijamata Nagar, Ramabai Nagar, Jivan Jyot Nagar and Swami Vivekananda Nagar under the SRA Development Scheme. Spread over 17.25 acres the project is implemented under the Cluster Development Scheme.

Abdul Razzak Chunawala, Sameer Chunawala, Farook Chunawala, Aarif Chunawala and Shubhdeep Kar are the chief promoters of Fairmont Infra.

Sameer Chunawala exclaimed, “This superlative attendance and response of Jivan Jyot residents clearly indicate that they are positively inclined towards the redevelopment and it imposes their confidence in Fairmont’s proposals.”

‘SOS Nitelife’ successfully organized Queen of Mashups –  an exclusive contest for world’s top female disc jockeys – this year as well. The grand finale of the Global Female DJ Championship was held at JW Marriott, Sahar Mumbai.
The panel of judges picked up two joint winners in the contest, which saw 15 participants from different countries. The Queen of Mashups honour was shared between DJ Burlene based in Dubai and DJ Natalia Moon from Australia.
Top 15 female artists performed in the finale which was judged by DJ Akbar Sami, DJ Akhtar, DJ Aqeel Ali and DJ Notorious.
All these talented artists set the stage on fire with their musical numbers but in the end, the judges chose two of the finalists as the winners. The musical evening was attended by several celebrities who were seen grooving to the songs played by these talented ladies behind the music consoles.


Miss Faith from Holland was the first runner-up, Miss Pasha Doll from Russia emerged as the second runner-up, while Miss Donna Amelia from Indonesia was the third runner-up.
After winning the Queen of Mashups 2018, DJ Burlene said, “I am thrilled to have won this championship. India is a lovely country, people are very warm and hospitable here. I am thankful to SOS Nitelife for providing me with an opportunity to perform in front of a wonderful audience and showcase my talent. I am on cloud nine after winning this championship. AAA Constituted National Award For Arts In The Name OF Former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee

In a board meeting of AAA- Asian Academy of Arts a joint decision was taken to constitute and launch a prestigious and a powerful award for the promotion of art and culture after the name of former Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee.

“An Award will be called Atal Behari Vajpayee National Award For The Promotion of Art And Culture to be given to all those who have contributed for the promotion of art and culture. This is the first of its kind in the country to mark respect to the great poet and statesman of the Republic of India,” said Sandeep Marwah President of Asian Academy of Arts.

    

A poster was launched and all the members present there wrote their remarks on this historical day of constituting this esteemed award. A series of remarks were recorded to keep in the archives of the Academy.

Atal Behari Vajpayee was an Indian politician who served three terms as the Prime Minister of India. He was a member of the Indian Parliament for over four decades, having been elected to the Lok Sabha, the lower house, ten times, and twice to the Rajya Sabha, the upper house.

He was conferred India’s highest civilian honor, the Bharat Ratna, by the President of India, Pranab Mukherjee in 2015. The administration of Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared in 2014 that Vajpayee’s birthday, 25 December, would be marked as Good Governance Day.

“Today we are feeling elevated on announcing this award after the name of Atal Behari Vajpayee. The Asian Education Group, Marwah Studios and all the hundred organizations associated with us will work for this prestigious award,” added Marwah remembering the quotes of former Prime Minister.

पटना, 1 सितंबर 2018: निषाद आरक्षण की लड़ाई को तेज करते हुए आज निषाद विकास संघ के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष सन ऑफ़ मल्लाह श्री मुकेश सहनी ने निषाद आरक्षण संवाद बस यात्रा की शुरूआत श्रीकृष्ण मेमोरियल हॉल, पटना से हरी झंडी दिखा कर किया। निषाद आरक्षण संवाद बस यात्रा के लिए मुंबई से सज-धज कर आई हाईटेक आलिशान बस पटना के कारगिल चौक, पनाश होटल, बिस्कोमान भवन, राजापुर पुल, बोरिंग रोड चौराहा, हड़ताली मोड़ से आयकर गोलंबर होते हुए मीठापुर पुल तथा चिरैयाटाड़, पुल तथा राजेंद्र नगर ओवर ब्रिज के रास्ते मोइनुल हक़ स्टेडीयम तक बस यात्रा निकाली गई। इस मौके पर उन्‍होंने कहा कि इस यात्रा का उद्देश्य निषाद आरक्षण की लड़ाई को घर-घर तक पहुंचाकर इसे मूर्त रूप देना है। यह यात्रा बिहार के प्रत्येक जिलों से होकर गुजरेगी तथा आगामी 4 नवंबर को गाँधी मैदान, पटना में लाखों लोगों की उपस्थिति में पार्टी के नाम की घोषणा की जाएगी।

  

सन ऑफ़ मल्लाह मुकेश सहनी ने कहा कि यात्रा के दौरान वे प्रदेश के सभी जिलों में तय दिनांक पर समाज के बीच उपस्थित रहेंगे। संघ के हजारों पदाधिकारी तथा कार्यकर्ता हजारों मोटरसाईकल तथा चार पहिया वाहन के साथ यात्रा में सम्मलित रहेंगे। प्रथम चरण में पटना के अलावा 2 सितंबर को पूर्वी चंपारण (मोतिहारी), 3 सितंबर को पश्चिम चंपारण (बगहा), 4 सितंबर को सहरसा, 5 सितंबर को सुपौल तथा 6 सितंबर- मधेपुरा में यात्रा निकाली जाएगी। कुल नौ चरणों में पुरे बिहार में यात्रा निकाली जाएगी। संघ के प्रदेश, जिला तथा प्रखंड/पंचायत स्तर के तमाम पदाधिकारी तथा कार्यकर्ता यात्रा का हिस्सा होंगे।

उन्‍होंने कहा कि यात्रा के दौरान संबंधित जिले में रात्रि में सभा तथा बैठक आयोजित की जाएगी। उसके बाद आगामी 4 नवंबर को पटना के गाँधी मैदान में यात्रा का समापन कर विशाल “निषाद आरक्षण महारैला’ का आयोजन किया जाएगा, जहां निषाद समाज का शक्ति प्रदर्शन होगा। उसी दिन VIP पार्टी के फुल फॉर्म  की घोषणा की जाएगी। गठबंधन के सवाल पर सन ऑफ़ मल्लाह ने कहा कि जो निषादों के हक़ की बात करेगा और हमारी मांगें सुनेगा, हम उनके साथ गठबंधन करेंगे। बिहार में निषादों का वोट बैंक 14% है। इसलिए दूसरी पार्टियों को गठबंधन के लिए हमारे पास आना पड़ेगा। हमारी मांगें पूरी नहीं होने पर अगले लोकसभा चुनाव में अपनी पार्टी के बैनर तले सभी 40 सीटों पर उम्मीदवार उतारा जाएगा।

सन ऑफ़ मल्लाह ने जोर देकर कहा कि 2015 के चुनाव में प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी तथा बीजेपी अध्यक्ष श्री अमित शाह द्वारा निषादों को आरक्षण देने का वादा किया गया था. मगर अबतक उनके द्वारा वादा पूरा नहीं किया गया है. चूँकि देश में एक संविधान है तथा पश्चिम बंगाल तथा उड़ीसा जैसे राज्यों में निषादों को आरक्षण प्राप्त है तो बिहार मर क्यों नहीं? इसका परिणाम2019 में दिखेगा और निषादों की शक्ति का एहसास करवाया जाएगा। मालूम हो कि सन ऑफ़ मल्लाह ने पिछले दिनों बिहार के विभिन्न जिलों में विशाल मोटरसाईकल महारैलीऔर 25 जुलाई को वीरांगना फूलन देवी शहादत दिवस के अवसर पर पटना में हजारों महिलाओं के साथ पैदल मार्च निकालकर बिहार की राजनीति में हलचल पैदा कर दिया था। अब वे ‘निषाद आरक्षण संवाद यात्रा’ के माध्यम से वे सम्पूर्ण बिहार के निषादों को गोलबंद कर रहे हैं।

पटना। भोजपुरी सुपर स्‍टार रवि किशन रविवार को पटना में बिहार महिला विकास मंच द्वारा आयोजित महिला उत्‍पीड़न पर आयोजित एक संवाद कार्यक्रम में भाग लेंगे। इस दौरान वे अपनी फिल्‍म ‘सनकी दारोगा’ के बारे में भी चर्चा करेंगे। यह फिल्‍म समाज में बढ़ते बलात्‍कार के खिलाफ एक सनकी दारोगा की कहानी है, जो ऐसी घटनाओं को बर्दाश्‍त नहीं कर पाता है। और इन घटनाओं को अंजाम देने वालों के लिए यमराज बन जाता है। यह फिल्‍म रवि किशन की होम प्रोडक्‍शन में बनने वाली दूसरी फिल्‍म है। फिल्‍म की कहानी खुद रवि किशन ने लिखी है। ये जानकारी रवि किशन के पीआरओ रंजन सिन्‍हा ने दी।

उन्‍होंने बताया कि यह फिल्‍म महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में बेहतर अभिव्‍यक्ति है, जिसको लेकर वे इस संवाद में महिलाओं से चर्चा करेंगे। फिल्‍म 7 सिंतबर से बिहार में रिलीज हो रही है। इसको लेकर वे फिल्‍म रिलीज होने तक बिहार में रहेंगे और विभिन्‍न इवेंट में शामिल होकर महिलाओं के खिलाफ बढ़ रहे अपराध के प्रति लोगों को जागरूक करेंगे। इसमें उनके साथ अभिनेत्री अंजना सिंह, कॉमेडियन मनोज टाइगर भी शामिल होंगे।

फिल्म ‘बलमुआ तोहरे खातिर’ को लेकर इमोशनल हुए बताशा चाचा

क्रिस्प एग्जिम्प प्रा. लि. की प्रस्तुूत ‘बलमुआ तोहरे खातिर’ कल यानी 31 अगस्त से बिहार, झारखंड, मुबई और गुजरात में रिलीज है। इसके लिए फिल्म की कास्ट जमकर प्रमोशन भी कर रहे हैं। खबर है कि एक प्रमोशनल इवेंट के दौरान बताशा चाचा के नाम से मशहूर कॉमेडियन मनोज टाइगर पत्रकारों के एक सवाल पर इमोशनल हो गए। उन्होंनने कहा कि फिल्म ‘बलमुआ तोहरे खातिर’ एक अलग जोनर की फिल्म है, जो मेरे दिल के करीब है। कितना मुश्किंल होता है जब सैनिक भाई सरहदों की रक्षा के लिए अपने घर परिवार से दूर होते हैं और उनके गैर मौजूदगी में उसके परिवार को समाज में जूझना पड़ता है। इस मर्म को दर्शकों के बीच लाने के लिए ‘बलमुआ तोहरे खातिर’ का निर्माण किया गया है।

मालूम हो कि इसकी कहानी खुद मनोज टाइगर ने ही लिखी है। इस बारे में वे कहते हैं कि देश भक्ति को लेकर सभी फिल्म बना रहे हैं। सबों ने देश की रक्षा में लगे फौजियों की वीरता दिखाई है। मगर उसके पीछे उनके परिवार की हालत को पर्दे पर आज तक किसी ने नहीं दिखाया था। उनके परिवार के त्याघग को किसी ने प्रत्यनक्ष रूप से अभी तक प्रस्तुदत नहीं किया था। कुछ इन्हींी चीजों को ध्या न में रखकर मैंने ‘बलमुआ तोहरे खातिर’ की कहानी लिखी और निर्माता सह अभिनेत्री ख्याकति सिंह को मेरी कहानी पसंद आई। नतीजा यह हुआ कि आज फिल्म रिलीज को तैयार है, जिसमें भोजपुरी के दुलारे अभिनेता पवन सिंह सरहद पर दुश्मुनों की दांत खट्टे करते नजर आयेंगे और ख्याहति सिंह उनके लिए त्यादग करती नजर आयेंगी। फिल्म में मेरा किरदार भी काफी उम्दार है। इसलिए फिल्म जरूर देखिये। कल से आपके नजदीकी सिनेमाघरों में होगा।

SKF India Limited Conducts Raid On Counterfeiters In Chennai

31th August 2018, Chennai – SKF India Limited, the leading bearing manufacturer along with the local police team of IPRE Division of Chennai police has raided major SKF bearings dealers and stamping units in the Thambu Chetty Street (Central Chennai). The raid resulted in finding out two counterfeit dealers namely Bearing & Chain Enterprises and Rudrakash Bearing Centre engaged in stamping of counterfeit SKF Bearings.

During the raid, the police officers have seized a huge quantity of duplicate bearings worth of more than 50 lacs of rupees, which were being sold in Chennai and various other parts of Southern India. Police have registered a case under Section 51(b) (i) and 63(a) of the Copyright Act, 1957.

SKF’s primary concern for such action is to maintain quality of its products as the counterfeit products are not manufactured as per industry standards and can lead to automotive failure besides injuries to consumers.

New Delhi: Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan congratulated powerlifter Gaurav Sharma on winning two gold medals at the European Championship.

Mr Bachchan met Gaurav at the set of Kaun Banega Crorepati in Mumbai. He also wished him luck for the upcoming event, Mr Olympia 2018, to be held in Las Vegas in September. Gaurav, while sharing his experience with Bachchan, also gave some healthy tips to the megastar.

“When I met him (Mr Bachchan), I was little nervous but he made me feel comfortable. He is very genuine person, so down to earth. I am honored to meet him. He congratulated me and also wished me luck. I will keep working hard to make our nation proud in international arena,” Gaurav said.

“He is a sports lover and with curiosity, Mr Bachchan asked me about the sport (powerlifting) rules and competition. I also want to thank Bhupinder Sir for helping me making my dream come true.”

Gaurav is a Mahant (Saint) in a temple in Chandani Chaowk.In 2007, he won four gold medals in Commonwealth Championship in New Zealand. In 2016, in world championship, he clinched two gold medals in England.

FIRE – MUMBAI PANICS EACH TIME

When the chaos and disorder is mounting in the building construction business where the citizen and the legitimate buyers will go? Like recently the fire in Crystal Tower in Mumbai where 4 people were killed, and 16 others were injured. Whereas, the most basic duty of a government is to protect its people.  Oozing no sense and no sagacity of responsibility that the concerned government authorities, the government departments, the politicians, the civic bodies and builders are showing towards the fire safety, which is an essential part in the National Building Code 2016 and recommends the third-party audit in the building and construction industry.

How one can expect fairness in governance if consistently we witness a fire related accidents or tragedies in-spite of knowing well that the misuse, engaging or selling the Refuge Area, can cause catastrophe, the ignorance in the duty the authorities cannot escape from it. Why do the authorities give permission to the builder to allow the occupant to take the possession of the flats without the occupation certificate (OC). If it is the Citizens’ responsibility and then primarily it is the Government Responsibility. At the under construction stage why the illegal act after being discovered are not rectified and allowing the construction to be over done with,this certainly speaks in volume that there is a nexus between the builderand the officials of MCGM.

Time is for Rapid Action! Palais Royale is one such example, which is full of gross illegalities & irregularities as it is being constructed illegally by using extra FSI which the builders were not entitled to and is without any authority sanction, the under construction said building is an exemplar of the violation of the rules and regulations. It will not be appropriate to say that the officials of MCGM and the builder SRUIL of the said building Palais Royale have collusively and clandestinely taking advantages and letting a monument of illegalities and irregularities stand tall right in front of the eyes of the Government and no action is being taken.

However, the Commissioner MCGM has observed that in the absence of conclusive documentary evidence, the FSI advantage in lieu of handing over the setback area cannot be considered at that stage.The absence of the conclusive evidence as mentioned in the Speaking Order dated 12.09.2013 of the then Commissioner MCGM signifies missing of documents concerning handing over possession of the land and receiving of monetary compensation by SRUIL.

The files and details regarding the handing over – taking over and payment of compensation etc. were not found in the office record of EEB (City); being the same was missing or misplaced. Later, taking advantage of it, SRUIL despite having received the compensation availed extra FSI in the year 2013 in lieu of that and consumed the said extra FSI available, in their said ‘Palais Royale’ project by concealing true facts and by misrepresentation, which is a serious FSI fraud on the part of the SRUIL.

A fraud collusively committed by SRUIL, its officials and the officials of BMC/MCGM and investigation of which is already being done by Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Mumbai. A letter dated 06.07.2013 was issued under RTI from Dy.Ch.Eng. (B.P.City) to the Addl. Police Commissioner, ACB confirming complaint about compensation received by SRM/ SRUIL and mentioning of the files/records and register No. 26, 28, 32 & 36 which are in the custody of ACB Mumbai and the ongoing investigation in the matter. Why the Anti-Corruption Bureau has not registered FIR despite EX- Commissioner’s observation? Whereas, the Chief Minister of Maharashtra Davendra Fadnavis already announced in media that the Maharashtra Government will hold civic and police officials responsible for illegal construction and is considering slapping Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) against the erring builders to curb the illegal practice. The Chief Minister also mentioned that without the blessings of local civic officials and police, the builders will not go ahead with the illegal structures. The makers of upcoming movie ’22Days’ organized a royal musical extravaganza in Mumbai to celebrate the music of the film. The event was graced by the entire cast and crew of the film, making the musical occasion a grand celebration. Producer Adhir Gunness, Director cumActor Shiivam Tiwari along with Music Director Parivesh singh, BJP National Spokes Personal Prem Shukla, Hemant Pandey, Deepak Sawant and singers Shaan and Aditya Narayan graced the event with their presence.

हाल के कुछ बरसो में भोजपुरी फ़िल्म जगत में भी  सार्थक फिल्मो के निर्माण का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया है और धीरे धीरे दर्शको द्वारा इसे सराहा जाने भी लगा है । इसी कड़ी में

सिद्धांत फ़िल्म प्रोडक्शन के बैनर तले निर्माता मिथिलेश कुमार सिंह व सह निर्माता स्वदेश कुमार सिंह लेकर आ रहे हैं एक रियलस्टिक कहनी । जिसे लिखा है अभिषेक सिंह व विद्यानंद दुबे उर्फ एस एन विध्यान ने और इसे पर्दे पर उतारने का बीड़ा उठाया है खुद एस एन विध्यान ने । विध्यान ने इसके पहले हिंदी फिल्म जगत में कई अच्छे काम किये हैं और कई अच्छे निर्देशकों के सानिध्य में निर्देशन की कला को बारीकी से सीखा है । पिछले दिनों मुम्बई के आराम नगर में विधिवत रूप से बेलगाम परिंदे की लॉन्चिंग की गई जिसमें चर्चित हिंदी फिल्म गुल मकाई के निर्देशक अमजद खान भी मौजूद थे।

बेलगाम परिंदे में मुख्य भूमिका में हैं अभिषेक गौतम , आदित्य ओझा , अवधेश मिश्रा , संजय पांडे , देव सिंह , अजय सूर्यवंशी , साजिद अली , संजीत कुमार , ग्लोरी मोहंता एवं शबाना मालिक । इस मौके पर पत्रकारों से बातचीत करते हुए निर्देशक विध्यान ने बताया कि फ़िल्म की कहानी ही इस फ़िल्म की यू एस पी है । अभिनेता अवधेश मिश्रा ने भी उनकी बात को दोहराते हुए कहा कि उन्होंने खलनायकी से तीन साल पहले ही तौबा कर लिया था लेकिन जब इन्होंने कहानी सुनाई तो एक बार फिर से खल चरित्र को पर्दे पर जीने का फैसला किया । फ़िल्म में मुख्य किरदार निभा रहे अभिषेक गौतम की यह पहली भोजपुरी फिल्म होगी इसके पहले उन्होंने हिंदी फिल्म जगत में कई अच्छी भूमिका की है । निर्देशक एस एन विध्यान ने बताया कि बेलगाम परिंदे आज के 6 युवा की कहानी है और फ़िल्म की शूटिंग रियल लोकेशन पर आजमगढ़ में अक्टूबर में की जाएगी ।

रितेश पांडे ने जीत में अपनी भूमिका का खुलासा तो नही किया लेकिन उन्होंने बताया कि एक अच्छी कहानी पर बन रही एक संगीतमय फ़िल्म होगी जीत जिसमे दर्शको को भरपुर मनोरंजन होगा । आपको बता दें कि रितेश पांडे के कई गीत इन दिनों धूम मचा रहे हैं । दो दिन पहले ही रिलीज उनका सेड सांग दर्शको को बहुत पसंद आ रहा है।

S P Chauhan Inspirational Tell tale Sangharsh Ko Salaam Gets Launched

There are many rags to riches stories that we have heard and read about but this one is unlike any that we have ever heard. S P Chauhan is a well known social activist and his exemplary work has been appreciated time and again. Today, the English version of his book ‘Sangharsh ko Salaam’ was launched. It has been written by Sundeep Saahil and apart from capturing his life’s journey it also encapsulates the contribution he has made in well being of the underprivileged, for women empowerment and for people addicted to substance abuse.

At the event, it was also announced that there is a film being made on this book and it is called ‘S P Chauhan, The struggling Man’.  Dwelling more light on the same, Prof Krishna Arora, Founder Nav Chetna Manch said, “Directed by Manoj K Jha, the film stars actor Jimmy Shergill and Yuvika Choudhary in the lead and we are happy to share that the film is already in its post production”.

The book launch was presented by Nav Chetna Manch, and it was unveiled by none other than Hon’ble Minister of social justice and empowerment, Ramdas Bandhu Athawale, who was also the chief guest of the evening. बॉलीवुड मूवी ‘क्रीना’ की शानदार सक्सेस से मशहूर हुए फ़िल्म के लीड एक्टर पार्थ सिंह चौहान ने रक्षाबंधन का त्योहार बड़ी धूमधाम से मनाया और अपने प्रशंसकों के साथ ही पूरे देशवासियों को भाई-बहन के पवित्र प्रेम और मधुर बंधन के त्यौहार “रक्षाबंधन” के लिये शुभकामनाएं दीं।
